- The package is valid for the following room types: Smart Double Room, Business Double Room, Superior, Double Room, Deluxe Double Room.
- Cancellation Policy: it is possible to cancel the reservation without penalty up to 72 hours before the day of arrival.
- In case of cancellation (after the indicated deadline) or in case of no-show, the hotel will charge as penalty the full amount of the reservation.
- Payment conditions: within 72 hours of arrival you will receive an email with a link to the NEXI virtual POS through which you can make a secure payment of the amount of your stay. Failure to pay will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
- The Private Spa can be booked from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. subject to availability.
- The reservation must be made at least 3 days before the date of arrival.
- The Private SPA Breaks Package is valid for stays until 1 April 2024, subject to availability.
